We went to Strawberry with some friends from my work, and it did nothing but rain the entire weekend. The poor kids were couped up in the trailer the whole time. We did a lot of coloring, puzzles, match box cars, and game playing. The kids were actually really good. Ryan and Aaron met some hillbilly named Kevin (we called him "Davie Crockett" because he wore a coon skin cap)who took them out fishing in the rain in his pontoon boat "The Mudd Hen". I was a little nervous that we may never see the two of them again...but they returned. Old Davie taught them a thing or two...said that the fish bite best on the lures that are "titty pink!", and he asked if they were "Pilgrims" ya know..."Mormons"? What a weirdo!!! They were definately entertained by him though. I think we will be quoting Old Davie for years to come.
