French Braids!  Quite the task!

Instead of taking our annual trip to Sand Hollow, we decided to try somewhere new this year. We heard about this little lake that has boating, swimming, ATV riding, and golfing so we decided to give it a try! It was a nice little place, but with the late summer that we had, the water was Butt Cold!!! It was so cold that it was painful to get in. Ryan, Eric, and Austin were the only ones that were brave enough (or dumb enough) to get in. We went with our friends Jen and Eric, and ended up meeting up with some other friends that were there. There was an awesome waterfall that poured down on one of the holes of the golf course. In fact, Jessica's kayak almost went down the waterfall after it escaped in the night due to the major windstorm that we endured. There was a couple of times that I thought our trailer was going to blow over. Ryan had to go rescue the kayak on the wave runner just before it went over the edge. I would love to give this place a second try. I will make sure that I bring my golf club's next time! I wasn't able to get many pictures because trying to feed a newborn baby and running after a 2 year old was just about as much as I could handle at the time. Ady thinks that it is really funny to look away ever time I am trying to get a picture, so I have plenty of the back of her head. Jen helped me out a lot this trip with entertaining Ady.
